These terms cover use of the Customer.Connect hosted service. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate company information.

Plans and requests

Plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. One customer message on the website or WhatsApp counts as one request. The first 25 requests are free. Unused requests reset each month.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to mislead customers or make promises your business cannot keep.
Keep your access tokens and integration credentials secure.
Only upload content you have the right to use.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it depends on third-party model, messaging and payment providers.
