Customer.Connect is a hosted customer-agent service. We process the account, company and billing information needed to provide the service.
Conversation text is not stored in PostgreSQL. Website chat history stays in the visitor’s browser. WhatsApp conversation state is kept in Redis for up to 24 hours.
Company profiles, knowledge documents, leads and service requests are scoped to your workspace. They are used only to provide the agent and the features you enable.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
